FW1 Food Walk: Breakfast and Farmers Market Beijing's old city, the slow-paced hutong neighbourhoods are full of life in the morning. Join us as we traverse the side streets to taste local breakfast foods and visit one of the last remaining large scale markets in Old Beijing.
FW2 Food Walk: Hutong Eats Join us as we taste our way through the hutongs (ancient Beijing alleyways) for a celebration of Chinese food, from Yunnan home-cooking to imperial Beijing custard. This tour spends the first part at Houhai Lake then leads us away from the lake area into the hutongs offering us the chance to slow down and experience leisurely Beijing, before ending at the bohemian shopping street, Nanluoguxiang.
FW3 Food Walk: Night Market Experience one of Beijing's most fascinating street food markets. This walking food tour spends time in Wangfujing Eat Street and Donghuamen Night Market, a magnet for tourists from all around China as well as the world, offering over 100 different delicacies from candied strawberry-on-a-stick to barbequed lamb skewers.
PD Hosted Dinner: Peking Duck Dinners take place in a specialty Peking Duck house with Hias dining hosts bringing guests through Chinese food history and it's place today in popular culture. Style is conversational and relaxed, with topics such as the art of dian cai (balance of flavors, temperatures, textures, ingredients, cooking methods, colors, etc), food making  process (Peking Duck ), Chinese dining etiquette, etc. covered.
